Performance Experience

In 1992 the experience began selling cars as a "job". After 2 years in the automotive industry it was obvious it was a career that would give a lifetime of opportunities. After almost 17 years with the Hendrick Automotive Group and  through almost every  position in the variable side of the retail automotive  it was time for a new challenge. It was time to share the information and the experience with others. 

Over the last 7 years there has been a development of training as well as key  processes that have lead to the Automotive Performance Partners. The goal is building on the foundation put in place from the dealer  partners as well as consistent reinforcement of best practices.  Automotive Performance Partners teams with dealer owners and management to produce excellent client relationships and maximize potential profit.
